Lovell Room

Active Dreaming teacher Adelita Chirino will conduct a workshop on “Active Dreaming: A New Way to Explore Your Dreams”.

Chirino’s workshop is about journaling and understanding your dreams. Dreaming is a natural resource that can help you navigate life, become self-aware, develop your own psychic talent, and expand your creativity.

Active Dreaming is a safe dream-play practice that allows us to share dreams in a group and get imaginative, non-intrusive feedback. Active Dreaming, created by author Robert Moss, uses the wisdom of ancient and indigenous cultures as well as the best of modern dreamwork practices to create a playful but profound approach to understanding our dreams. Using a variety of dream solving tools, Chirino will lead the group in respectful and playful explorations of shared dreams.

Adelita Chirino is an Active Dreaming teacher and a former psychotherapist who lives and works in Milford. The focus of her work for decades has been to help people access the healing power of their own dreaming life.
