Official notices on the November 7th Municipal Election in Stratford
From the Stratford Registrars of Voters office
- An extended voter registration session, to get residents registered before the November 7th municipal election, will be held in our office, Room 117, Town Hall, on Tuesday, October 31st, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- An additional limited voter registration session will be held Monday, November 6th for people who moved to Stratford, became a citizen, or turned 18, since the October 31st cutoff. The session will be held in our office, Room 117, Town Hall, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.Residents who miss these two opportunities can still take advantage of Election Day Registration, held at Town Hall in the Town Council chamber, 6 a.m.— 8 p.m. on Tuesday November 7th
- On Election Day, November 7th, the public is invited to witness the counting of absentee ballots. Conference Room 213, Town Hall; the counting commences at around 10 a.m. and continues until completion.
- The public is invited to view the testing of the Optical Scan Voting Machines Friday October 20tj that voters use when they deposit their completed ballot. Testing will begin at 10 a.m. in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 2725 Main St. and will continue until complete.
