Saturday, October 15th at St. Mark’s Church: “Time of Your Life Dance Party” to help support Bethlehem House, the Bethlehem Advisory Council is hosting a fundraising event on October 15th at 6 p.m. at St. Mark’s Church Hall in Stratford. Tickets can be bought at the door. Kick off your shoes and Boggie!

Sunday, October 16th Lorien Lawrence author of scary books for chapter book readers ages 8-14. Will be doing a book-signing and monster mask craft program for kids at the Stratford Library on October 16th, 2 p..m – 3 p.m.

She is the author of The Stitchers, The Collectors, and Unmasked (her latest book) The Stitchers and The Collectors are now also available in paperback.

Friday, October 21st The Stratford Health Department is collaborating with Baldwin Center to host the first annual “Art of Aging Healthy Living Expo” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Baldwin Center. The expo will provide Stratford seniors with information and demonstrations pertaining to traditional and alternative methods for maintaining good health, such as Covid-19 and flu vaccines, blood pressure screenings, aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, nutrition, and more. The event will also feature free giveaways and healthy snacks.
