Stratford’s popular Restaurant Week runs through Saturday, March 25th. Over two dozen Stratford restaurants are preparing to showcase the best of Stratford’s dining scene. Sterling House offering free babysitting.
Sunday, March 26th, Living Historians at the Stratford Public Library, Lovell Room at 2:00 p.m. Nancy Kessler, CEO and founder of Memoirs Plus, will present stories and words of wisdom from several “living historians.” Nancy will illustrate how the wisdom of our elders can enlighten and enhance our approach to living full and active lives in our later years. She will also discuss how to start writing your own memoir and illustrate the benefits of seeing your stories in print. Donations appreciated. No registration necessary. Light refreshments to follow.

May 20th the Goody Bassett Ball fundraiser for the Stratford Historical Society. Tickets available beginning March 15th. Ball will be on Saturday, May 20th, from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at Vazzano’s Four Seasons. $80 per person or $750 per table of ten.
