Stratford Public Library
The Stratford Library will offer its patrons full-service hours beginning Tuesday, July 6th at 10 am. The Library has been on a reduced and limited schedule since the world wide pandemic, but was also one of the first libraries in the area to open for in-person service a year ago.
Library Director Sheri Szymanski commented, “We are excited to return to the kind of service our patrons have enjoyed for many years. Our dedicated staff is ready to assist in any way they can”. Computers, scanners, study rooms and socially distanced public seating are all available for library users.
The Library’s schedule as of July 6th is: Monday-Thursday: 10-8 and Friday and Saturday: 10-5. In addition, the Library will offer Sunday service from 1-5 pm beginning October 3. Because so many visitors are too young to be vaccinated, the Stratford Library is asking all visitors to continue wearing a mask during their visit.
