I don’t know about you, but I feel like this past year has just slipped away. While many of us anticipated having more time on our hands due to navigating COVID-related circumstances, we actually filled our time with (perhaps) more important things.
If we can find any positive outcome from this past year, it may be that we have discovered the critical importance of finding and creating balance in our lives.
Busy friends and business colleagues have shared with me that working 12 hour days and weekends will not be a part of their future life plan as they move into the second half of 2021. And so many of my clients have been in that same mode.
