We’re walking across the state to engage with and connect local advocates, spread awareness, and urge lawmakers to pass medical aid-in-dying legislation in Connecticut this upcoming session.
Status of end-of-life legislation on April 19th, 2023, our bill to authorize medical aid in dying in Connecticut (SB1076) did not advance in committee, effectively ending our campaign this year.
For more than a decade, Compassion & Choices Action Network has worked with thousands of advocates across Connecticut to pass legislation that would empower everyone to chart their own end-of-life journey. Many have died waiting for relief. Their loved ones continue the fight.
