The STRATFORD ZONING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday evening, August 28, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, to hear arguments for and against the following:
Public Hearing Items:
- Â 1971-1975 Barnum Ave – Petition of ROBERT MANGINO seeking to modify a previous Special Case to establish a convenience store incidental to a gas station in a CA Zone
2. 24 Washington Pkwy & 40-60 Beach Dr – Petition of DROWSY WHALER LLC seeking to modify a previous Special Case to allow morning operation for a coffee truck incidental to a food truck park in a WF Zone
