United Illuminating (UI) has recently redesigned your monthly electricity bills to make them easier to read and understand.
The redesigned bills now feature colored and bolded text, making it easier for you to find important information such as account details, amount due, billing summaries, company contact information, and upcoming meter readings. The goal is to ensure that you can quickly locate the most crucial details on your bill.
The redesign also includes a clear breakdown of your changes. You will now see a detailed breakdown of changes related to supply, transmission, local delivery, public benefits, miscellaneous charges, and credits. This breakdown will give you a better understanding of how your electricity charges are allocated.Â
UIÂ has also added a detailed graph that displays your usage information and average temperature data. This visual representation will help you better understand your energy consumption patterns and make informed decisions about managing your electricity usage.
