Stratford High School and Bunnell High School Students to get Vaccine!

All Juniors and Seniors Eligible

Bunnell High School Vaccination April 21st
Students will come for their second dose at the same time on May 12th as they were scheduled for their first dose. The nurses are administering the Pfizer vaccine, which is the only vaccine that is authorized for people between 16-17 years old. This vaccine requires 21 days between the first and second dose.

Students over 18 can self-register. Students will receive a confirmation email with the time of their appointment and a copy of the pre-vaccination questions so they can review those with their parents before the clinic and come prepared to answer them at the clinic. Parents do not need to accompany students to the vaccination clinic. All students must be pre-registered to be vaccinated.

We encourage you to register your child(ren) to be vaccinated — especially our seniors — and take advantage of this clinic provided exclusively for our Bunnell students. The form to register can be found at: https://chc1.quickbase.com/db/brbz63yfma=nwr&_fid_6=49&nexturl=%2Fdb%2fbrbz4w5fw%3Fa%3Dshowpage%26pageid%3D3%26ifv%3D1

Stratford High School Vaccination April 23rd
The Town of Stratford will be hosting a vaccine clinic for Stratford High School on April 23, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This clinic is for all juniors and seniors who are 16 years of age and older and our School Based Health Clinic will be administering the Pfizer vaccine as that is the only vaccine approved for the 16 to 18-year-old age group.

April 23rd will be a drive through event and the date for the second dose will be May 14th. Students will come for their second dose at the same time as they were scheduled for their first dose.

To register go to: https://chc1.quickbase.com/db/brbz63yfm?a=nwr&_fid_6=50&nexturl=%2Fdb%2fbrbz4w5fw%3Fa%3Dshowpage%26pageid%3D3%26ifv%3D1

Please note that the registration link has branching logic, so that if a person enters that they are under 18, it requires the consent of the guardian. If they are over 18, they can self-register. Students will receive a confirmation email with the time of their appointment and a copy of the pre-vaccination questions so they can review those with their parents/guardians before the clinic. Please come prepared to answer those same questions at the clinic as well. Parents do not need to accompany students to the vaccination clinic. All students must be pre-registered to be vaccinated; please do not show up without an appointment. Please remember this is for juniors and seniors at this time.
