Boothe Memorial Park and Museum Celebrate Christmas
The Friends of Boothe Memorial Park and Museum will present their second annual Boothe Homestead Christmas event Friday, December 2nd through Monday, December 5th. Â The homestead will be decorated and open for tours. The park is located at 5800 Main St. The proceeds from the event provide for the park’s school program, which services all second grades in Stratford free of charge.
Visit our Homestead during this wonderful weekend to see all of our specially decorated Christmas trees. Children’s admission is free. This year Santa will be arriving for pictures on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00-3:00 in our visitor Center.
Every room will be decorated in period pieces, and the silent auction on Friday’s preview party will be 3ft Holiday trees.
The hours will be:
Friday, December 2nd there will be a preview party and silent auction from  6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The cost will be $15, or $25 per couple. It will include light refreshments.
On Saturday December 3rd the tours will run from noon to 7 p.m.
Sunday December 4th from noon to 4 p.m.
Monday, December 5th 6:30 – 8 p.m.
The cost is $5, but children ages 6 to 16 are $3 and children under age 6 are free.
The Veterans Museum will also be open as will the Boothe.
