Route 15 Traffic Update

Dear Neighbor,

 I wanted to bring your attention to an important upcoming event that may impact traffic on Route 15 in Trumbull and Stratford. 

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has announced an overhead line pull operation that will require the use of rolling roadblocks on both the Northbound and Southbound lanes of Route 15. This operation will take place between exits 49 and 53, and is scheduled for the night of Saturday, April 6th through the morning of Sunday, April 7th. Michels Corporation, a contractor for Eversource Energy, will carry out the work. Motorists can expect rolling roadblock operations from 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM.

Please be aware that this schedule may be modified or extended due to potential weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Don’t forget to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
