6 in-person sessions for 8-12 year olds
The Art Alliance of Stratford will be conducting 6-in person sessions for young people between the ages of 8 to 12, beginning on Saturday, July 16th. Saturday, July 16th from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Arts Alliance Art Gallery at Sterling House.
This class is for absolute beginners, no experience required. This fun in-person course will be offered for those who have never worked in acrylics. Children will learn: how to use acrylic paint (how water interacts with the paint), how to mix colors (color wheel, pastel colors, shades, etc.), and how to mimic techniques for creating landscapes.
The course will be $85 members / $95 non-members, At the end of the course, students will use what they have learned to create their own landscapes. Students will provide their own materials, materials approximate cost: $20-40.
