On September 2nd, polls opened for Early Voting for the Mayoral Democratic ticket. What does this mean for you? It means that you can vote early for the Democratic candidate of your choice. Who’s running? David Chess is the endorsed Democratic Candidate and Linda Manos, who petitioned to be on the ballot, is running against Chess for the mayoral win.
On September 9th, the Democratic Primary will be held between 6am-8pm at your designated polling location. For more information on where you can vote on September 9th and the full list of candidates, please visit the Town of Stratford Election Year 2025 website. Early voting takes place between September 2nd and September 7th at the Baldwin Center located at 1000 West Broad Street in Stratford. The hours vary, so please take note of the schedule,which can also be found on the Town’s website.
Three positions are on the September 9th Primary Ballot: Mayoral, Town Council district 3, and Town Council district 4. Whoever wins the primary on September 9th (and through early voting), will be the candidate you see when you head to vote on November 4th – Election Day!
