We would have voted, but did not find out there was voting until too late. Like most aspects of government in Stratford, it’s a “closed sorority” no outsiders are welcome. “oh you didn’t know, too bad, none of your business anyway.” Sure, we understand. This is a very crooked town. Insiders only.
