Dear Reader,
Check your clocks, did you set them back? If not, now is the time – it’s Daylight Savings!
Another important date to remember is November 4th, when municipal elections take place. In this week’s issue of the Stratford Crier, I hope you will read my article Municipal Roundup and learn a bit about what each elected official is responsible for.
As we approach election day, I am sure some of us are fearful about what the results may be, and fear is a normal feeling. It is something we all, in one way or another, know well. In Luz’s column this week, she considers just that – fear.
With so much to offer us this November, Veteran’s Day is upon us too. I hope you will take a look at Barbara’s article too, and though we wish war was not a part of life on earth, it certainly seems to be. We salute those who honor the principles our country was founded on by fighting to preserve them.
We are a strong and growing community, and I want to say thank you to you, dear reader.
