LIBRARY TO OPEN SUNDAYS BEGINNING OCTOBER 6
The Stratford Library will reopen on Sundays beginning October 6th, 2024. Hours on Sunday will be from 1-5 p.m, and will continue until May 18, 2025.
On opening day (October 6), the popular “Sunday Afternoon Talks” series returns to the Lovell Room, taking place from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. October 6th, speaker/author Hamis Lutris, will be discussing his new novel, Earth Ascendant: Awakenin
The series will offer a variety of diverse programming including:
- October 13, musician Marc Berger
- October 20, psychic Patty Griffin
- October 27, live performance readings, “An Afternoon with Nutmeg Writers”
Current Library hours are: Monday-Thursday: 10-8, Friday-Saturday: 10-5 and Sunday: 1-5 P.M.
