The Stratford Health Department invites the public to attend our upcoming Know Your Numbers (KYN) Health Screening Event on:

Date: March 5, 2026

Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Location: Birdseye Municipal Complex

468 Birdseye Street, Stratford, CT

Game Room (First Floor)

This free community screening provides residents with the opportunity to learn important health indicators such as blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol, and BMI. Knowing your numbers is a key step toward preventing chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

Appointments are required to help us plan and ensure adequate testing supplies; however, walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows.
