Summer Reading Champion Reception

Over 125 Stratford youth will be honored on Wednesday, August 7th, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the Perry House.  Those participating in the Summer Reading challenge will receive of certificate of recognition, ice cream sundes, goodie bags, as well as other surprises.

Stratford students ages 0-12 were eligiable to participate.  The 2024 Summer Reading Challenge was sponsored by the Office of the Mayor, the Stratford Library, and in partnership with Stratford Schools. To become a Champion, students had to read at least eight books this summer.

This is a drop-in event, and families are welcome to top by any time.
