The Sterling House Down and Dirty 5K Obstacle Race is a family-friendly, obstacle-filled, mud run through Stratford Short Beach every September.
Run, walk or crawl your way to the finish line – as you get sweaty, sandy, dirty, and wet along the way! Best of all you are in it to win it for Sterling House.
All proceeds will benefit our programs and services, as well as members of our Resource Connection Program.
