The Holiday 5K Run/Walk For Toys is a family-friendly event with a simple goal-to make as many kids as happy as we all can!
To help us achieve this goal, as part of your entry fee, we ask that you bring a new, unwrapped toy suitable for children between 1-16 years old. Thanks for joining us and making a difference in our community.
This event is limited to 200 people, and we will have giveaways of specially designed 16 oz glasses and reusable bags for the first 200 people.
This run is sponsored by the Thomas Kennedy Family and Bridgeport Hospital Foundation. All toys collected at this event will be donated to the Dr. Thomas Kennedy Toy Closet. Last year these toys provided age-appropriate and educational toys for pediatric patients receiving care at The Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital at Bridgeport.
We welcome a new sponsor- On Point Chiropractic in Stratford, Get Relief From Pain, Injury Prevention, Sports Performance – Dr. Mark Konopka: https://onpointchiro.com/
There will be free massage therapy thanks to Tony Trujillo from TONY’S KNEADED Touch.
