Dear Neighbor,
I want to inform you that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has announced that there will be temporary deviations of the drawbridge operation regulations for the rehabilitation of the Washington Bridge carrying Route 1 over the Housatonic River, in the Towns of Milford and Stratford.
Motorists can expect lane closures on U.S. Route 1 between Orchard Street and Riverside Drive detailed in the above graphic.
