Trains at Twilight 3
Friday, September 6th
Boothe Park from 7-9:30 p.m.
Sponsored by the Boothe Memorial Railway Society
Free Event Open to the Public
In a “one night only” event, Boothe Park will be running their trains on their specially lit indoor and outdoor layouts.
Train lights will be on and horns blaring – bring the whole family and enjoy this once a year evening event at Boothe by the Boothe Memorial Railway Society (BMRS)
Established in 1999, BMRS has been an integral part of the many offerings at Boothe Memorial Park. BMRS is an all volunteer, non-profit charitable 501(c) (3) organization.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT To promote an interest in model trains and railroad history, through educational projects, community outreach, and fellowship among members, thus expanding the growth and enjoyment of the hobby, and appreciation of railroad history.
The volunteers at BMRS are hobbyists, involved in Model Railroading. Some have layouts at home, others collect trains, and others just like to work with us on BMRS projects. A visit to our outreach page will illustrate some of the ways we share our interest in railroading with the community at locations outside Boothe Park!
