Nutrition Program Set for April 12th

Stratford Library

The Stratford Library has announced that it will host a virtual, live nutritional and health program.  Intuitive Eating” on Tuesday, April 12th from 12-1 p.m.  The program, available on the Library’s Zoom platform, is free and open to the public.

Nutrition plays a big role in one’s health, energy and mood.  With all of the diets on the market, it can seem hard to determine what plan is best.  Learn the principles of intuitive eating, where we let our body be our guide in knowing what types of foods to eat and how much to eat for optimal health and well-being!

Guest speaker for the program is Jill Patterson, RDN, who returns to the Library after presenting Eat This Not That and Gentle Stretching Exercises last summer on Zoom.  An award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, Patterson is also a certified fitness instruction and personal trainer.  She specializes in employee wellness and school nutrition and is passionate about helping people live their happiest and healthiest lives.
