A display of original photography by Milford artist Rafay Seyal is the current art exhibit at the Stratford Library. The exhibit, entitled “The Land of Enchantment”, will be featured at the Library through September 2023. It is free and open to the public.
Rafay Seyal is a first generation American whose family emigrated from Multan, Pakistan in 1973 to quickly put roots in Bridgeport, where he was born. As he developed an interest in photography during high school, Seyal also focused on the computer sciences, which led to a life combining his knowledge and passions in exploring the United States through photography.
Having lived over 10 years in New Mexico, he was inspired to share some of his favorite images of the southwest with its epic landscapes and enchanting skies. In addition to New Mexico, his collection of print and digital photography includes images from Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, California and more. His website currently showcases all of his photography at: www.skymountainphotography.com.
