7/7: 4:00-5:30 pm: Neon Splash: Paint ‘n Sip
Create neon artwork that literally shines in the dark at our Black Light Paint ‘N Sip. Use glowing paint, chalks & markers to design something bold, bright, and totally your own—then watch it come to life under UV lights. Sip fun drinks, vibe to music, and hang out with friends. No experience needed—just bring your creativity (and wear white or neon if you want to glow too!) Grades 7-13. No registration; while supplies last. Location: Lovell Room
7/14: 7:45-9:00 pm: Nerf Wars: After Hours – Bring Your ‘Adult’
NERF WARS with a twist—this year it’s Teens vs. Adults! Bring a parent, sibling, teacher, or other “adult” and battle it out for the ultimate Nerf victory. Fast, chaotic, and ridiculously fun—you don’t want to miss it. Grades 7-13. Registration required for teens + their adult. Location: Baldwin Center. (Signed Parent/Guardian Permission Form is required for all teens. Safety: No rival balls & no oversized blasters)
7/16: 5:00-6:00 pm: Chess Club
Whether you’re an experienced chess player or playing for the first time, join us for refreshments and friendly competition! Grades 7-13. No registration required. Location: Teen Department.
7/21: 4:00-5:30 pm: Pokémon Party
Trainers: You’re invited to our annual Poké Party! Join us for anime, a Pokémon Party craft, Pokémon stickers, and button-making, video gaming, and Poké snacks. Come dressed as your favorite character for the chance to win a prize. Grades 7-13. No registration required. Location: Lovell Room.
7/28: 5:00-7:00 pm: Herbal First Aid
Learn what’s available to you in your kitchen cabinets to equip yourself for life’s little emergencies. Join Rachel as she teaches participants how to start their own herbal first aid kit for home or travel and helpful tips for common ailments. We will make all natural bug spray and a disinfecting powder to take home. Grades 7-13. Registration required. Location: Lovell Room.
