Registration will begin at 8:45 a.m. at the first picnic table. Only the team captain and any singles that have not paid will be allowed at the registration desk – one person at a time.

Coffee. Belgium waffles and Danish will be available at 8:30 a.m.. Lunch will be set up to pick up from the caterer at the end of your rounds at 11:30 a.m. .

Players should assemble, with their captains around the putting green by 9:15 a.m. and wait for starting instructions. Start time is 9:30 a.m.

Raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets will be available at the second picnic table. Raffle Prizes and 50/50 winners will be drawn and ready at the end of the golfers’ rounds.  Winners do not need to be present at the awards.  Names and phone numbers should be put on the back of your tickets.

The Game will be a best ball scramble with each team using at least one tee shot from each of their team members.  Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each division; Men’s, Women’s and Mixed.  A prize will be awarded to the closest to the pin on hole #3 and hole #9.

There will be a putting contest after finishing hole 9. Stop at the putting green as you come around to hole 1 -each player putts twice. Team’s best putter can putt twice-for a team total of 10 attempts. The winning team will receive a prize

 ON HOLE 7 all players will hit  from the red tees.

All players will play from the white with the following  exceptions:

Women – Red Tees

Men 75 years or older – Red Tees.

Maximum score on each hole is 6.

Lowest 9 hole team score wins that division.  In case of a tie between teams a putt-off will be held to determine the winner with each team member hitting 2 putts from 8 feet. Most putts made will determine the winning team.

Carts are not included. Those who need carts must pay in the golf office.
