Harold Doane Watson installed as Stratford Rotarian President for 2024-2025
In his acceptance speech Harold Watson noted that he is honored to serve as Stratford Rotary President for 2024-2025, I am lucky to act on issues that need solutions. Always have been, and always will be.
Harold remains focused on serving Stratford: specifically, the Greenway, Coastal Resiliency, and Affordable Housing Partnership. He has held elected positions as chair of the Planning Commission and is the current Chair of both the Greenway and Zoning Commission.
Outgoing President Pat Patusky was gifted with a commemorative Rotary plaque. She will be remembered for delivering humorous speeches and handing out chocolate bars to recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and special events. More importantly (than her handing out chocolate) was her advocacy for student mental health and animals. Thank you for your illustrious service Pat.
Jeff Krause was awarded the Service Above Self Award
We reintroduced the Club Bell, both the old and new. The new Bell has the Club President’s name and years engraved. The older Bell had presidents from 1957 to 1995
