Nikkya Hargrove noted that “We were 1 of 23 stores participating in the CT Book Trail this year, and it was our first year participating. We saw a 4x increase in both sales and revenue on Saturday alone and sold over 150 books from the previous Saturday.
- We hosted young authors, Duece for an author talk and book signing.
- Giggling Pig Shelton provided face painting in the afternoon for kids.
- The Skincare Studio offered sample skin care kits to customers.
- Open Door Tea offered 10% off on purchases.
- RVM Supplements, Golden Q Nails, Branded Barbershop, One Pampered Pup, H3 Pet Supply, Icing on the Cake and others participated in the festivities by providing discounts and/perks for customers who’d purchased a book from us first.
