The Stratford Library welcomes 2022 with its popular film series offering free showings of recent, popular films shown uncut and on widescreen each month.  All shows will be presented in the Lovell Room at 12 p.m.  For information call: 203.385.4162.  January 10th, NO TIME TO DIE:   Daniel Craig returns for his final outing as 007 in this high octane action thriller.  PG-13, 163 minutes

Library to close for King Holiday

The Stratford Library, 2203 Main Street in Stratford will be closed on Sunday, January 16 and Monday, January 17, 2022 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.  The library will reopen on Tuesday, January 18 at 10 am.

Current Library hours are: Monday-Thursday: 10-8, Friday-Saturday: 10-5 and Sunday: 1-5 pm.

Final call for The Art Alliance’s upcoming show and sale that will celebrate the   work of local Black artists in Fairfield and New Haven counties.  To honor Martin Luther King’s birthday the show and sale, Through Our Eyes: A Celebration of Local Black Artists, is curated by artist Willie Scaife.
