Immunization Clinics:

Thursday, March 13, from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M.

Friday, March 14, from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M.

Monday, March 17, from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Tuesday, March 18, from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Only for students under age 19

Families can get their school-aged children their required immunizations. The deadline for middle school students to receive their required immunizations is March 15, 2025. Students who are not in compliance by this date will not be permitted to attend school.

Available vaccines include Tdap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox), measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Polio and Meningococcal.

  • Only Husky insurance is accepted. Please bring your insurance card.
  • Administrative fee for private insurance/no insurance*:

          $20.00 administrative fee for the 1st immunization

          $10.00 for 2nd vaccine

          $  5.00 for additional same day immunizations

          *Sliding fee scale available

The Stratford Health Department is offering sports camp physicals for students to ensure they’re healthy and ready to play!

Only Husky insurance is accepted. Please bring your insurance card.

Administrative fee for private insurance / no insurance*:

$80.00 physical examination fee

$20.00 administrative fee for the first immunization

$10.00 for 2nd vaccine

$5 for additional same day immunizations

*Sliding fee scale available
