6.2.3 RESOLUTION REGARDING A CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY PLANNING GRANT FOR STRATFORD’S NORTH END
Executive Summary: The Town was awarded a USDA grant that will support the creation of a tree inventory, canopy assessment, and management plan for the South End (below Stratford Avenue). This grant would allow the above project to extend beyond the South End, covering the rest of Town.

6.2.4 RESOLUTION ENCOURAGING THE GOVERNOR AND THE CONNECTICUT GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO ACT ON CRIME, CRIMINAL JUSTICE MEASURES AND PUBLIC SAFETY
7.3Â To consider and act on the Longbrook Park Tennis Court Improvement Project
RESOLVED: that Town Bid #2024-10 to Classic Turf Company, LLC of Woodbury, CT in the amount of $1,192,071 for Longbrook Park tennis court improvements is hereby approved and the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for such in form acceptable to the Town Attorney.
